"The Journey", by Brandon Bays.  Brandon Bays removed a huge tumour from her reproductive system, using mental techniques.  In my opinion, the essence of her technique is the practice of forgiveness at trance level.  Her book inspired me to practise similar techniques on myself, using self-hypnosis, and they had transforming effects on my health and my life.
